QEDplus is the second generation Blast Design Editor and the Blast Simulator. QEDPlus was developed jointly by Blastechnology, Earth Technology, and Austin Powder Company.
The program
QEDPlus is a computerized suite of models designed to reasonably predict the outcome of a blast. Models’ input parameters are drawn predominantly from standard engineering and geological data. Terrain editor allows flexibility of complex three-dimensional arrangement of holes in blast designs.
